Membership Terms & Conditions

 

  1. Agreement 

    1. In this agreement, ‘the store’ and ‘Beyond’ refer to Beyond Games and Hobby in Bunbury and Beyond Odyssey Games and Hobby in Balcatta and their owners and employees. 

    2. The ‘member’, ‘you’ ‘your’ refers to any individuals who are members of the Beyond Member Program. 

    3. The ‘Program’ refers to the Beyond Member Program

    4. You agree to use your membership and associated benefits only for the purposes permitted by:

      1. this agreement;

      2. any applicable law or regulation; and/or

      3. generally accepted practice or guidelines.

    5. You understand and agree that any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

    6. Each member of the Beyond Member Program is bound by these Terms and Conditions.

    7. Members acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy.

    8. Members agree to be bound by the Beyond Code of Conduct.

    9. You understand and agree that member benefits apply to purchases made in our brick-and-mortar stores only. They are not applicable to online purchases at this point in time. Membership Benefits may be applied to online purchases at Beyond Stores’ discretion - please contact us.

  2. Joining the program

    1. Each purchase of a membership is subject to acceptance by Beyond in its absolute discretion.

    2. Only individuals can apply for a membership. Groups, businesses and other entities are not eligible to participate in the Program.

    3. The membership is not transferable and benefits are applicable only to the member and any dependents aged 15 and under.

  3. Membership types

    1. Bronze membership

      1. Six months membership term

    2. Silver membership

      1. One year membership term

    3. Gold membership

      1. One year membership term

  4. Termination

    1. Beyond reserves the right to terminate any membership if the member fails to comply with these membership Terms and Conditions and/or the Beyond Code of Conduct.

    2. Membership may be terminated immediately if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a member has committed theft or defrauded Beyond or the Program in any way.

    3. Memberships terminate on expiry of the membership terms listed under clause 3.

    4. If a membership is terminated pursuant to clauses 4.1 or 4.2, the membership fee is non-refundable.
